Change and the Yellow Hat

Week 37/52  is the yellow hat: think positively.

I am reminded that the first principle of resolution in Stewart Levine’s book “Getting to Resolution: Turning Conflict Into Collaboration” is abundance.  The idea is that you cannot resolve any conflict if you don’t believe there is enough for all.    Great book.  I highly recommend it.

I do #followfriday because I believe that if I help others , they will help me.
