The chart below shows that employees feel that CEO’s need to listen more than anything else listed according to 62% of the employees asked. Enough said.
Families have leaders also. I propose that listening is just as critical for the success of a family as it is for a business. If a survey were given to your children with you being the CEO of the family, how would it turn out? Would your listening skill be lacking or marked as outstanding?
