My Passion is learning and performance improvement with a focus on using Virtual Worlds, specifically second life for business and educational purposes.
I currently work for Mirant Corporation full time as their Training Coordinator for the Northeast region and based near New York City.
To pursue my Vision, Mission and Passion further, I founded Creative Solutions whose mission is to facilitate the search for pools of profit in virtual worlds. We assist individuals, soloperners and small businesses to discover if they should be using a virtual world in their business today.
Creative Solutions has partnered with Imagilearning to provide a range of services to assist individuals, soloperners, educators and businesses in their search for the pools of profit in the virtual worlds.
I blog at National Association of Independent Writers about learning and performance improvement and specifically in the digital age other things.
Some basic information about me follows: My experience includes 17 years of in training and performance improvement and over 25 years in the power generation industry. My passion and expertise are centered on learning and performance improvement in the digital age. I am a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and earned the Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation. In addition, I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and earned their highest professional certification: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). I spent six years in the Navy aboard nuclear submarines.
